Adrienne Gang

Working as a chef for the past 10 years for major, internationally-known musicians as well as restaurants, private yachts, Adrienne Gang brings a multitude of experience to her role at Nick's Cove Restaurant | Oyster Bar | Cottages. No stranger to the ocean, Gang feels right at home working in Tomales Bay, where the nautical life and natural landscape beauty surrounds her every day.
Though she doesn't don her chef coat at Nick's Cove Restaurant | Oyster Bar | Cottages, her experience in the hospitality and music industries certainly contributes to the overall guest experience. Among many other projects, she is in charge of creating a new garden plan.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, she began her career in 2003 as a chef at family-run health food stores, where she taught cooking classes and conducted culinary demonstrations. In 2004 she went to work at Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa, where she provided healthy meals for the bands and crews that performed in the venue, ranging from Stevie Nicks to Kenny Chesney. This experience afforded her the opportunity to be hired through a private caterer for musicians during their on-the-road tours. In 2005, she decided to take her culinary skills to the sea and served as a private chef for the next six years to more than three dozen private yacht clients. While aboard each vessel, Gang organized and entertained parties for various size groups ranging from two to 200, as well as providing daily meals to the owners. Her training and her passion is healthy cooking and she is able to create delicious meals for guests with a variety of dietary issues.
Gang studied culinary arts and restaurant management at Hillsborough Community College. She is a Certified Natural Health Professional in Nutrition C.N.H.P.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, exploring new dining experiences, discovering her new California home and getting to know the local flavor of Marin and Sonoma Counties.
